Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio L. Singson delivered the Keynote Address before the 25 graduates of the Senior Executives Class Batch 3-Sinagtala and 40 from the Middle Managers Class Batch 5-Dagitab of the Public Management Development Program on January 30, 2015 at the DAPCC, Tagaytay City.
As the leading public management training institution in the country, the Public Management Development Program reached a new milestone as it graduated 40 scholars from Middle Managers Class Batch 5-Dagitab and 25 from Senior Executives Class Batch 3-Sinagtala during the Joint Graduation Ceremony on January 30, 2015 at the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City.
Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Rogelio L. Singson delivered the Keynote Address before the graduates, putting emphasis on defining one’s mission and connecting personal to management goals as a government worker. Addressing the scholars, he outlined the four valuable lessons that they must take note of as they go back to their respective agencies: to define their mission, walk the talk, develop their social intelligence, and ensure spiritual being.
The 2015 Joint Graduation was attended by DAP President Antonio D. Kalaw, Senior Vice-President Magdalena L. Mendoza, PMDP Program Manager Nanette C. Caparros, Senior Fellow Arsenia S. Gavero, PMDP faculty members, and the scholars’ family members and Institutional Partners.
