Third-level executives in government seeking to strengthen their decision-making and leadership practice may now apply to the Phronetic Leadership Module under the Public Management Development Program (PMDP) of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP).
Scheduled on 7-11 September 2026 at the DAP Conference Center in Tagayatay City, the five-day residential module is designed to enhance reflective leadership and innovation in the public sector.
ABOUT THE COURSE
The Phronetic Leadership Module centers on the concept of “phronetic” or practical wisdom in governance. It aims to enhance the leadership practice of senior officials by developing their capacity for ethical judgement, reflective decision-making, and organizational learning.
Participants will undergo an immersive learning experience that includes case discussions, leadership reflections, and collaborative sessions. The course also highlights values-driven leadership and the importance of navigating complex public sector challenges through informed and context-sensitive decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Third-level executives from National Line Agencies
- SG 25 and above
- 55 years old and below
- In good health
