Wilfred Hernandez

Upon graduating, MMC 8 – Siklab alumnus Wilfred G. Hernandez reaped the Most Citizen-Centric Re-Entry Project for his work entitled “P6.60 Na Hulog Para sa Kalusugan ng Pamilya” – a project that systematized the sustenance of tricycle drivers’ health insurance by hitching their savings on a P6.60-daily basis. In 2018, the Civil Service Commission granted PhilHealth LHIO – Palawan the regional Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award and Hernandez, Chief Social Insurance Officer of the agency, was commended in the Government Best Practices Recognition 2018 of the Development Academy of the Philippines.
