Hot Coffee, Energizing Discussions—PMPD Held First Online Late Breakfast Chat with Secretary Karl Chua

The Public Management Development Program (PMDP) of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) held a Late Breakfast Chat featuring Secretary Karl Kendrick Chua, the Acting Socioeconomic Planning Secretary of the National Economic and Development Authority via Google Meet last 9 December 2020.

The event was met with much enthusiasm as the total number of participants reached almost two hundred (200), while it streamed on two different platforms—Google Meet and Facebook Live on the PMDP Facebook page. This was a first for the program as previous Breakfast Chats were held face-to-face in the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay, with free-flowing coffee amid the scenic greenery.

The online event was initiated by DSWD, one of the national line agencies that has consistently been endorsing staff members as scholars of the Program since 2012.
