Dr. Temario C. Rivera

Professor Temario Rivera received his Bachelor and Master of Arts in Political Science at the University of the Philippines and his PhD at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Fulbright scholar and a Rockefeller Foundation graduate scholar. He has authored more than fifty professional publications about Philippine politics and development. Having served as Editor-in-Chief of the Philippine Political Science Journal from 1993 to 2013, he is currently the distinguished publication’s Editor Emeritus. He served as the Department Chair from 1992 to 1997 of the Department of Political Science in the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD).

Sofronio F. Llorin

Plucked from Naga City, Dr. Sofronio F. Llorin has been a Resource Person for the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) since 1995, teaching the Personal Efficacy and Leadership (PEL) course for the Graduate School of Public Development and Management, and a management consultant on Human Resource Development and Organizational Development. Prior to that, he served as Vice-President, Fellow, and Project Officer for DAP as well, his involvement even going back to the Career Executive Service Development Program (CESDP).
