23 November 2020 â The Program opened its doors to the 25th batch of the Middle Managers Class comprising of 32 scholars from 17 government agencies. The ceremony was held virtually and streamed on PMDPâs official Facebook page.
DAP President and CEO Atty. Engelbert C. Caronan Jr. kick-started the ceremony with a welcome address and highlighted the value and essence of their being part of the Academyâs pool of government officials on training. He emphasized how their actions can have a lasting impact and can contribute to the greatness of the nation. He therefore exhorted the scholars to open themselves to the competencies and skills development offered by the Program as the Filipino people look up to government leaders to navigate them around living in strange and surreal times and help them survive in a volatile environment.
